集米設(shè)計(jì)受邀參與青島海容冷鏈研發(fā)中心的辦公環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)，為海容冷鏈打造一個(gè)多元、開放、包容的辦公空間。海容冷鏈?zhǔn)且患覍Ｗ⒂谏逃美滏溤O(shè)備的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售和服務(wù)的企業(yè)，近二十年的發(fā)展秉持著“海納百川、有容乃大”的企業(yè)文化精神。集米設(shè)計(jì)以海容企業(yè)文化中根植的海的基因?yàn)槠瘘c(diǎn)，以海為元素提煉設(shè)計(jì)符號，作為設(shè)計(jì)軸線貫穿整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)。JM design was invited to participate in the office design for Hiron Headquarters Office， to create a diverse， open， and inclusive working environment. Hiron is a company focusing on the research and development， production， sales， and service of commercial cold chain equipment.For nearly 20 years， the enterprise has upheld the corporate culture spirit of “the sea embraces many rivers to attain greatness”. JM Design’s design concept draws from the elements of the “sea” found in the spirit of Hiron and abstracts it as a design symbol to integrate into the entire space.
青島海容冷鏈研發(fā)中心位于青島市黃島區(qū)，總建筑面積16000余平方米，共七層。一層和二層為交流研討接待的公共區(qū)域，包含接待大堂、企業(yè)展廳、會議中心和研發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等，三至七層為研發(fā)辦公區(qū)。Qingdao Hiron headquarters office locates in Huangdao District， Qingdao， with a total building area of more than 16，000 square meters and seven floors. The first and second floors serve as public spaces dedicated to technical discussion and reception areas， which include the lobby， showroom， conference center， and research lab. The third to seventh floors are the office areas.
以“海”為靈感Inspired by “Sea”
集米設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)海容冷鏈“海納百川、有容乃大”的企業(yè)文化提煉出多元、開放、包容等關(guān)鍵詞運(yùn)用到布局與設(shè)計(jì)手法上，打破空間束縛，在功能布局上加入更多靈活可變的空間。既滿足研發(fā)樓的研發(fā)辦公屬性，同時(shí)滿足其企業(yè)產(chǎn)品展示和商務(wù)洽談的業(yè)務(wù)需求。The overall design concept follows the “the sea embraces many rivers to attain greatness” of Hiron， emphasizing diversity， openness， and inclusiveness， and applying them to the spatial layout design. Empowered by its flexibility， more multi-purpose areas are created to break the confines of space. Its layout addresses the need for working environments and business requirements of cultural display and business negotiation at the same time.
設(shè)計(jì)師受海水的啟發(fā)結(jié)合五行的概念對每個(gè)樓層進(jìn)行主題和色彩定義，結(jié)合不同樓層的功能屬性，采用不同色彩、材質(zhì)和空間的組合，為員工創(chuàng)造輕松舒適的辦公環(huán)境，并且?guī)椭L客識別空間的不同功能，演繹創(chuàng)新和多元的工作生態(tài)，同時(shí)強(qiáng)化企業(yè)形象。Drawing inspiration from the sea and integrating the “Five Elements” of Chinese Culture， JM Design defines each floor with a theme and color， offering an innovative and diverse working environment and reinforcing the company image. Based on the various function and properties of each floor， utilizing a range of materials， colors， and spatial layouts to create a comfortable and relaxed working environment for employees and help the visitors to identify the spaces. 融合“海”的設(shè)計(jì)語匯Integrate “Sea” as the Design Languages
二層大堂作為企業(yè)形象的展示窗口和整個(gè)研發(fā)中心公共屬性最強(qiáng)的樓層，基于雙層挑空和橫向構(gòu)圖的結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)留現(xiàn)實(shí)，集米設(shè)計(jì)采用聚焦中心的設(shè)計(jì)策略，將設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)聚焦在前臺區(qū)域。將海浪的自然形態(tài)作為形式操作的手段，轉(zhuǎn)化為空間中抽象的線條、形式和紋理，創(chuàng)造出具有獨(dú)特辨識度的大堂空間。與前臺造型相呼應(yīng)的吊頂，從上至下體量逐漸遞減，從而收縮畫面視覺，強(qiáng)調(diào)空間的中心并劃分功能邊界。The entrance lobby， located on the second floor， which has the most public attribute， is the window of the company culture’s showcase.JM Design follows the architecture structure and adopts a center-focused design strategy to set the reception area as the focal point. Inspired by the sea， the designer uses its physical properties as the forming method and abstracts its lines， forms， and patterns to create a unique and impressive lobby space. The volume of the hanging ceiling， which echoes the modeling of the reception desk， gradually decreases from top to bottom， creating a contracting visual frame that emphasizes the centrality of the space and clearly defines its functional boundary.
背景整體采用背發(fā)光沖孔鋼板，結(jié)合流暢線條的頂面燈槽、地面線燈和吊頂燈膜，使大堂空間照明柔和均勻。背景板也是空間中重要的裝飾展示面，不銹鋼世界地圖懸浮于沖孔鋼板上方，通過紅色透光亞克力標(biāo)記首都和省會展示企業(yè)的發(fā)展宏圖。The background of the reception area is entirely decorated with back glow perforated metal plates， combined with the smooth lines of ceiling lights， ground linear lights， and ceiling light membrane to form soft and unified lobby space lighting. The perforated metal plate is also a vital decoration and display surface， where a world map made of stainless steel is installed. Red transparent acrylic marks the capital and the provincial capital of each country to display Hiron’s development plan. 有機(jī)串聯(lián)的中庭景觀Organically Linked Atrium Landscape
一層至三層的挑高中庭是建筑設(shè)計(jì)中刻意打造的灰空間，是二層大堂到達(dá)一層對外接待會議中心的垂直交通空間。婉立于水面的紅色雕塑造型的旋轉(zhuǎn)樓梯是兩個(gè)空間的鏈接器，同時(shí)也是空間的視覺焦點(diǎn)，將員工從日常工作中抽離，激發(fā)藝術(shù)想象的空間。The raised atrium， spanning from the first to the third floor， is a deliberately created gray space in architectural design， which is the vertical transportation space for the second-floor lobby to the first-floor external reception conference center. The rotating staircase with a red sculpture shape over the water surface is the connector of the two floors and also the visual focus of the space， which allows employees to drift away from daily work to spark artistic imagination.
設(shè)計(jì)師通過屋頂采光構(gòu)架引進(jìn)自然光線，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)中庭自然生態(tài)環(huán)境的塑造。中心區(qū)域采用階梯狀的綠植種植，不同顏色的石材、防腐木和花池有序地鑲嵌其中，既營造了獨(dú)特多樣的景觀環(huán)境，亦可作為活動休憩的戶外空間。同時(shí)，建筑立面大面積采用玻璃幕墻，使中庭景觀盡收眼底，將自然環(huán)境引入辦公空間打造宜人的辦公場景。Natural lights are introduced into the atrium through the roof lighting structure， creating a welcoming environment for the plants. The central area uses a tiered planting of greenery， with different colors of marble， timbers， and planters arranged in an orderly manner， creating a unique and diverse landscape environment that can also be used as an outdoor space for activities and relaxation. Additionally， the large-scale glass curtain wall on the building is widely used to bring the natural outdoor environment into the indoor workspace， connecting the employees with nature and providing them with a comfortable and refreshing work environment. 以光為向?qū)В瑺I造探索體驗(yàn)Lighting as the Guide， Creating an Exploration Experience 神秘感通常會誘發(fā)人們探索的欲望，因此展廳以具有神秘感的深灰色作為底色，以容納和凸顯產(chǎn)品的五彩斑斕，從而引發(fā)訪客主動探索的心態(tài)。Mystery often piques peoples curiosity and desire for exploration. As such， in the showroom， the designer opted to use a dark gray as the base tone to create a contrast that showcases the colorful cold chain products produced by Hiron， drawing visitors to explore and engage with the displays.
宇宙的神秘以及古代哲人“天圓地方”的思想被運(yùn)用到展廳的序廳，以圓和弧形曲面構(gòu)建一個(gè)海容的“小宇宙”。The mystery of the universe and the Chinese ideology of "the dome-like heaven embraces the vast earth" are applied to the foyer of the showroom， constructing a "little universe of Hiron" with circular and curved surfaces.
每個(gè)展區(qū)以線條燈作為聯(lián)系，在暗色中，光成為展廳中最有力的向?qū)В橄蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)概念也因此轉(zhuǎn)換到具象的物理空間。Lights become the strongest guide in dark environments to lead visitors to every showroom. Abstracted design concepts transformed into the design features in physical space through the lights. 設(shè)計(jì)師以海容冷鏈已有和在建的企業(yè)園區(qū)藍(lán)圖為靈感，在展廳的尾廳用燈線和藍(lán)色亞克力復(fù)刻園區(qū)藍(lán)圖于天花和地面，構(gòu)成企業(yè)獨(dú)特的視覺符號。并通過頂面的鏡面不銹鋼進(jìn)一步延伸空間視覺。Inspired by the existing and planned campus blueprints of Hiron， the designer replicated the park blueprints on the ceiling and floor of the showroom with light strips and blue acrylic， creating a unique visual symbol. The space vision is further extended through the strategically installed mirror-finished stainless steel on the ceiling. 開放與包容Openness and Inclusive
集米設(shè)計(jì)通過對不同樓層的不同屬性，結(jié)合五行的概念賦予每個(gè)辦公樓層不同的主題色彩，應(yīng)用在樓梯廳、辦公區(qū)和靈活休閑區(qū)等區(qū)域。每個(gè)樓層通過富有秩序感的半圍合空間，對公共空間和辦公區(qū)進(jìn)行開放式劃分。空間動線使員工和訪客可以自由地由公共區(qū)域進(jìn)入辦公區(qū)域。By combining the concept of the "Five Elements" of Chinese Culture with the different attributes of each floor， JM Design defines each floor with a specific color， which reflects in the hallways， working spaces， and flexible communication areas. Through the application of semi-enclosed partitions in a sense of order to openly separate public spaces from working spaces. The flow of the space sends staff and visitors on a simple journey from the public to the working area. 不同透明度的材料也被不同程度應(yīng)用到空間劃分中，如半透明玻璃、玻璃磚、磨砂玻璃等，應(yīng)用于會議室、開放辦公的入口處和辦公區(qū)域的分隔側(cè)墻。現(xiàn)代感的家具、靈活多變的空間，如可移動重組的多功能區(qū)、激發(fā)活力與創(chuàng)想的洽談區(qū)、靈活開放的公共辦公區(qū)、和隨處可用并且可以根據(jù)需求變換布局大小的會議區(qū)，為員工創(chuàng)造更多的交流互動的機(jī)會，并滿足不同的工作場景。彰顯海容冷鏈開放包容的企業(yè)文化。The use of materials with various levels of transparency， such as translucent glasses， glass bricks， and frosted glasses， is applied for spatial separation， conference rooms， the entrance of working spaces， and the partition wall of different areas. The minimalist furniture and flexible spatial layout enable users to create spaces such as multi-functional areas， communication spaces， and flexible working spaces， meeting areas that can be used anywhere and can change the layout size according to needs， which have been created to facilitate interaction and communication between employees. This not only fits the needs of various work scenarios but also enhances the open and inclusive image of Hiron. 集米設(shè)計(jì)通過多維度思考和多功能空間的整合，將海容冷鏈“海納百川、有容乃大”的企業(yè)文化通過空間媒介傳遞給每一位員工和訪客，并在相對私密的辦公空間和對外交流展示空間之間尋求平衡和創(chuàng)新。By systematically integrating multi-functional spaces and adopting multi-dimensional thinking， JM Design expresses the cooperative idea of “the sea embraces many rivers to attain greatness” of Hiron to every employee and visitor through the spatial medium.
